Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All sales made by D and M Media Group L.L.C-FZ are final.

Due to the nature of our services and digital content, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be provided once a service has been delivered or digital content has been accessed.


2. Exceptions

Refunds are only considered in cases where:

  • A technical error caused double billing, or
  • The purchased service was not delivered as described due to a proven fault on our part.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the transaction date to info@native-advertising.net.

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method within 14 business days.


3. Digital Products and Services

Once access to digital content (courses, materials, downloads) has been granted, the product is considered delivered and non-refundable.

Similarly, agency services that have commenced are deemed delivered and non-refundable.


4. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
